Abstract Submission (CLOSED)
You have to register to use the website before you can submit an abstract (up to 450 words).
Participants can choose between an oral or poster presentation. Presentations accepted by the Scientific Committee will be grouped by category topics into thematic sessions in order to promote communication among the presenters and participants and to allow for inspiring discussions. As the distinction between oral and poster presentation is only a matter of presentation, submissions in both categories will be assessed by the same criteria of scientific merit. The Scientific Committee may wish to influence the final mode of presentation.
- Paper presentations: Each paper presentation lasts approximately 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes discussion). Each paper session will be chaired by a person appointed by the Scientific Committee.
- Poster presentations: Posters should be in A0 format (841x1188 mm) (portrait) and will be presented on stands.
Abstracts must be in English. The abstract must state the topic as stated in the Program page, keywords, and authors' personal data. The papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified of the decision of the Committee.
To be able to submit an abstract one author has to be registered.
Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Committee will be e-mailed to the author who submits the paper. Detailed information about program, guidelines, and recommendations for oral or poster presentation, as well as time allotment, date, hour, and venue will be posted on the website in due course.
